It’s hitting 40 degrees outside, and what do we have in Melbourne Central, that shining beacon of mediocrity?

Yep, wide-open doors at the Sanity music store, with air conditioning units Just Inside Them, going hell-for-leather trying to keep the place cool. Just to paint the picture properly, we have 20 feet of door wide-to-the-wall, air conditioners right across the top of the doors blowing air downwards, ostensibly into the store, but given the location of said AC, 99% of the air is going straight outside.

With a bit of luck, the idiots who design these sorts of stores will be first to die of terminal dehydration and skin cancer once the ozone-layer is finally and irrevocably destroyed.
